Program Manager

Description We are looking for a Program Manager to guide a complex manufacturing consolidation initiative across multiple sites in Taylorsville, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with senior leadership to shape the program approach, align cross-functional teams, and maintain momentum from early planning through final implementation. The role requires strong coordination, clear communication, and disciplined oversight to help deliver the transition smoothly while protecting business continuity for employees, customers, and operations.
