The Senior Program Manager owns end-to-end program execution — from defining objectives and success metrics through delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication — while influencing without direct authority across multiple teams and senior leaders. Accountability spans scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial health. This role serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing transparency, thought leadership, and proactive leadership throughout the program lifecycle.
