Summary:

Company is seeking a Program Manager (Individual Contributor) to drive complex, cross-functional tax technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology, tax, and accounting, ensuring we deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support Company’s global tax and finance objectives.


Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own planning and execution of cross-functional tax programs from concept through launch. Define and manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to deliver predictable outcomes.
  • Agile Program Management (Scrum & Kanban): Partner closely with engineering teams running Scrum and Kanban. Drive effective backlog refinement and prioritization. Track Agile delivery metrics and remove impediments to keep teams moving.
