Program Manager/ Scrum Master

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Scrum Master to support a globally distributed Agile development team focused on back office and customer facing technology platforms. This role will act as the primary delivery lead for one or more development teams, ensuring sprint execution, backlog readiness, and alignment between internal stakeholders and external customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and hands on in Agile execution—comfortable creating stories, managing roadmaps, and driving delivery without relying on pre configured Jira setups.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as PM / Scrum Master / Product Owner–adjacent support for an Agile development team (approximately 70% offshore in India).
• Run daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and ongoing Agile rituals.
• Own backlog grooming, story creation, and feature setup in Jira.
• Ensure projects remain on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
