**GENERAL OVERVIEW**

The Program Manager, Internal Audit serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and Internal Audit leadership team, enabling execution of a complex, enterprise-wide audit portfolio through structured governance, operational rigor, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, tracking, and reporting of the annual audit workplan; coordinating Audit Committee and subsidiary governance activities; supporting resource and capacity planning; and ensuring consistent execution standards across engagements. The Program Manager manages key internal reporting, maintains audit dashboards and status tracking tools, facilitates communication across Internal Audit, executive leadership, and business partners, and oversees billing and invoicing coordination with external auditors and co-source partners to ensure accuracy, transparenc...
