Program Manager

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager to join its Protection Systems organization in Phoenix, AZ, where we design, develop, and manufacture critical, life-saving equipment for the U.S. Military and other commercial / international customers. As a Program Manager, you will manage several programs within our aviation protection product area throughout their entire lifecycle.

In this job, you will:

+ Manage all aspects of the program, including profit, sales, orders, inventory, cash flow and working capital for program.
+ Monitor and control program cost, schedule, and technical execution using earned value management and other best practices.
+ Provide program leadership in Program Execution, anticipates and resolves problems, and ensures inter-group cooperation to meet all program obligations and objectives.
