Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Program Manager, Orientation and Engagement. This remote role can sit anywhere within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Moon Township, PA; Arden, NC; Beachwood, OH; or Raleigh, NC. The position will travel approximately 25% of the time.
**What you’ll do:**
The Program Manager supports the execution and coordination of Sales Enablement programs across Orientation, engagement, and recognition for NAS and Querétaro, MX. As support to the Manager, Sales Enablement, Onboarding & Engagement, this role manages logistics, communications, and tracking for initiatives such as Power Start Orientation, Division Commercial Communications, President’s Club and Golden Ion Awards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
