Program Manager Operations-Delhi

Role: Program Manager,Operations Location: Delhi Experience: 1-3 years in the development sector 30-35k per month + travel allowance & other attractive benefits. Role Overview The Program Manager Operations, will work directly with the Program Lead and Senior Program Managers to implement the ECCE initiatives in the state and engage closely with the government departments including the Department of Women and Child Development and Department of Education. The role will focus on translating program strategies into actionable plans, driving day-to-day coordination with internal teams, monitoring progress, and supporting field teams to deliver timely and high-quality execution of the program activities. The Program Manager will track progress, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and contribute to strengthening systems and processes that enable smooth programme delivery.
