• Lead end-to-end delivery of OEMS/trading platform programs across multiple workstreams.
• Define program roadmap, governance, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams across product, engineering, QA, infra, and vendors.
• Oversee budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery KPIs.
• Drive Agile/SAFe execution using Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
• Coordinate client onboarding, exchange integrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage releases for high-availability, low-latency production systems.
• Track program health via dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ensure adherence to capital markets standards and controls.
• Report to executives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
