Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. This is a senior-level Program/Portfolio Management role supporting their launch of the Unified for Partner support offering. The team is building scalable customer success practices for their top partners, and this person will operate at the center of a highly visible initiative. The role manages 20+ workstreams, maintains a master schedule across dependencies, drives cross-functional coordination, and prepares executive‑ready materials for leadership reviews. This is not just tracking tasks—it requires strong executive presence, structured thinking, and the ability to translate complexity into clear storytelling for senior leaders.

Location: Fully remote (US‑based), PST preferred; may be 1 hour from PST

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
