Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Forecasting & Ordering capacity needed for NPI programs Analyze and report cycle-over-cycle demand changes for Cloud Mass Market, Enterprise, and Infrastructure demand. Provide key customer level insights across thesecategories for relevant stakeholders. Build and improve reporting sources and
dashboards based on analysis.
Conduct demand & supply management hygiene (including attenuation & judgment),strategize on a roadmap to mitigate hygiene risks, and implement necessary solutions
to drive forecast accuracy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to update critical customer demands. Support key demand workstreams, including process and system improvements. Manage and track demand related program milestones, timeline, and overalldeliverables.
Leverage metrics and KPIs to enhance and improve demand & supply managementspace.
