The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is soliciting applications for the position of Program Manager from qualified candidates with a proven ability to work with the Philippine judiciary and with knowledge and previous experience with funding and programming from the U.S. government or other donors. The position will be under the Enhancing CT Court Tribunals Administration and Security in the Philippines Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Counterterrorism. The Program seeks to build the capacity of Philippines’ counterterrorism courts so they can safely and effectively operate, manage cases, and secure court facilities to successfully try and adjudicate cases in a timely fashion. This is a three-year program currently scheduled to end on September 30, 2027.
