Job Description

Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals for the Hospital's Caregiver Center. Provides management support to leadership. Works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility

+ Supports leadership with day-to-day operations
+ Partner with interdisciplinary team to provide emotional support, education and advocacy to caregivers and families
+ Supports leadership in achieving strategic goals and objectives to achieve overall mission of the health system in line with Health System strategy.
+ Participates, supports and drives major initiatives of business leadership and identified Committees.
