Program Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment to support customer programs and new product introductions (NPI). This role will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from development to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end‑to‑end program coordination from project kick‑off to production ramp‑up
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor materials readiness, production schedules, and capacity planning
• Identify project risks and elevate issues when necessary
• Act as a key contact point for customers on project status updates
• Prepare regular reports and communication for internal and external stakeholders
