This individual leads the full program: maintenance and support operations, Statement of Work (SOW) project portfolio, staffing, budget, schedule, and MoDOT stakeholder relationships. The Program Manager chairs all status reviews, ensures 24x7 coverage is never interrupted, and signs off on every monthly invoice and formal deliverable.
