Program Manager III - OPH/OPT Support

Program Manager III role supporting Ophthalmology (OPH) and Optometry (OPT). The role focuses on optimizing scheduling, daily operations, and access through data-driven analysis and process improvement.


Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Build and manage physician/staff schedules, analyze demand, allocate OR time, and maintain clinical templates.


Daily Operations: Monitor schedules for issues, respond to last-minute changes, maintain operational inventories, validate data, and support access optimization for OPH/OPT.


Performance & Coordination: Liaise with the Advanced Surgery Center, prepare monthly KPIs and performance reviews, and streamline onboarding.


Analytics & Process Improvement: Build predictive models, identify workflow inefficiencies, and apply continuous improvement methodologies (A3, PDSA, 6S).


Technical Skills: Perform complex analyses independently using Excel and related tools.
