Essential Duties and Responsibilities


+ Manage staff and processes

+ Evaluate department activities

+ Plan, direct, and oversee the operations and fiscal health of units, divisions, and/or departments

+ Provide oversight of the service delivery teams and ensure that they fulfill all the specified contractual requirements

+ Ensure that the services delivered meet the team’s high standards of quality

+ Ensure all contractually required deliverables are prepared and undergo quality assurance reviews ahead of a timely submission
