Drive meaningful change in child welfare as a Program Manager for Child Protection & Support Services in Steinbach, MB. Lead talented teams while managing programs and resources effectively.
In this role, reporting to the CFS Service Director, you will oversee the daily operations of Child Protection and Support Services. Your leadership will ensure efficient service delivery for programs including Intake and After-Hours support. You'll engage in program development, crisis resolution, and manage human resources for front-line staff in need of your guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
