Program Manager

**Job Purpose:** The Program Manager has overall responsibility and authority for the successful performance of all aspects of the AGS subcontract including the project management, contract scope requirements, contract compliance, compliance with all standards, contract performance, customer relationship, labor relations (if necessary), employee relations, employee safety & health, and vendor/subcontractor management. He/she is responsible for implementing any programs or process improvements to continuously enhance the services provided for any of the subcontract aspects. The AFD is the dedicated management administrator for all AGS subcontractor-provided support services and ensures the flow of operations between all subcontractor-staffed positions of the subcontract.
