Program Manager, Community Partnerships and Initiatives

Overview Reporting to the Manager, Community Partnerships and Initiatives, the Program Manager provides overall management, administration, and direction on assigned portfolio projects, programs, and initiatives, including oversight of strategic actions as directed in the Municipal Development Plan, council approved plans, or other policy documents. The incumbent reports progress and contributes strategic, administrative, and operational leadership under the assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities Program Management:

Provides strategic guidance and leadership in support of the portfolio and applicable funding directives, ensures standards for planning, support, and evaluation are met, and provides regular reporting and updates to the manager. Facilitates meetings and reviews to ensure policy, strategic priorities, and funding objectives are achieved.
