Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a steady, people-first Program Manager to support day-to-day operations at our Burlington County Shelter. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is part of the facility’s treatment team and provides hands-on leadership for Care Managers and assigned staff—overseeing staffing, safety, scheduling, training, and resident accountability to ensure smooth, compliant, and respectful shelter operations.
