Program Manager

What the lead / PM do:
Own project delivery across the full lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, and closure
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout delivery
Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risks across concurrent workstreams
Produce and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with internal and external and partner teams on complex, multi-party engagements

what the potential candidate brings:
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow delivery
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, etc.
Strong stakeholder management skills at both operational and senior levels
