Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive revenue performance, franchise governance, center expansion planning, and data-led business decision-making across multi-ownership models.This role requires strong analytical depth, structured thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Ops, BD, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue & Unit Economics Management

Own center-level P&L tracking, take-rate governance, margin analysis, and cost normalization initiatives.

• Franchise Governance & Performance Monitoring

Design and implement performance review frameworks for franchise partners;
track compliance, KPIs,and operational adherence.
