Job Description

Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director - Line of Business Lead, the Program Manager is responsible to coordinate and monitor the design, development and testing of switch-mode power conversion equipment. This role will manage a wide variety of projects and electrical design activities of varying scope and scale, including schedule development and maintenance, generation or EAC, ETC and other program metrics, milestone creation and tracking, and subcontract documentation deliverable management. This role is based out of our office in Bedford, NS.
As Program Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the delivery of complex manufacturing projects; 

Lead meetings and the Integrated Product Team from kick-off to project close;

Interface, communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to new/existing contracts and bid and proposal activities;
