**The Role**
You will join our New Business Solutions unit. Our mission is to accelerate product introduction & adoption by our international customers through well-defined and simplified tech-enabled service offerings.
You will drive collaboration across the ADP functions to ensure that our client-facing teams are ready to position and deliver excellent implementation and support services for our best-in-class solutions. You will work closely with the cross-function leaders and experts, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Learning and Product teams and many others to deliver strategic initiatives and launch new products to market, using our New Product Introduction (NPI) framework.
An ideal candidate enjoys working in a high paced environment and will have outstanding project/program management skills, great communication skills, a collaborative nature and a let's get it done attitude.
