Job Description:

ProgramManagersareresponsibleforallfacetsofagivenprogram,includingthoroughandtimelycorrespondenceandcoordinationwithourcustomers,salesteams,andallinternaldepartments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesults-driven,highlyorganized,andmotivatedtoprovidetotalcustomersatisfaction.

PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities:

• Developscopeofworkdocumentationtokickoffnewprojects.
• Developtimelinesandprojectbudgets.
• Participateincustomerdesignreviewsandobtaindesignapprovals.
• Followprojectprogressinalldepartmentsandprovidecustomerupdates.
• Assuretiming,quality,andcostgoalsareconsistentlymet.
• Participateininternalequipmentvalidationprocessesandcustomerequipmentbuy-offevents.
• Obtainequipmentapprovalsandcustomerbuy-off.
• Coordinateshipping,installation,commissioning,andacceptanceatcustomerfacilities.
