Lead impactful programs for diverse children and youth at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources. Your expertise in managing complex needs and multidisciplinary teams will make a difference in community living.
As a Program Manager, you will guide program delivery, supporting children and youth while collaborating with caregivers and community partners. Your role will provide a family-centered approach, fostering a safe environment for those with complex behaviours and disabilities. You will also conceptually develop new services that reflect cultural diversity and respect individual choices.
