Program Manager (Angola)

**Contingent Upon Award** Location: Luanda, Angola Position: Program Manager Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary, day-to-day interface with a foreign Ministry of Defense (MOD) for a high-visibility defense vehicle program.

The PM will act as the single, on-the-ground representative responsible for managing all aspects of in-country program execution, coordination of support activities, and fostering a strong relationship with the host nation’s military leadership and logistics personnel.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the principal liaison between the U.S.-based program team and the foreign MOD.

Lead and coordinate in-country Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities to ensure seamless delivery and sustainment of the vehicle program.

Oversee the receipt, inspection, and delivery of vehicles and associated equipment as they arrive in country.
