**What You Will Do** **:**

+ Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clients
+ Have on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clients
+ Responsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract delivery
+ Ability to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growth
+ Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management
+ Develop and mentor more junior staff
