Program Manager

• Lead and manage a portfolio of underground cable (HV/MV) and OHTL projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and control integrated program schedules, execution plans, and budgets.
• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate project interdependencies and optimize resource allocation across the program.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, utilities, and local authorities.
• Ensure timely approvals, permits, and clearances (road crossings, wayleaves, right-of-way).
• Conduct program progress reviews and provide detailed reporting to senior management.
• nsure compliance with approved designs, standards, and utility requirements for:
  • Underground cable systems (XLPE, jointing, terminations, testing).
  • Overhead transmission lines (towers/poles, stringing, sagging, tensioning)....
