**Position Requirements:**

+ Bachelors in any Engineering, Scientific, Business or Management Degree; Masters in same.
+ 10 years of Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) or other relevant experience in the management of large production projects and groups of senior personnel.
+ The programs managed should include financial tracking, task tracking and the coordination of engineering, technical support, ILS support, quality control and technical field support.
