Job Description

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and assess business practices and the effectiveness of the team, identify shortfalls, and develop recommendations on methods of improvement.
Coordinate with geographically disbursed support leads.
Government leadership apprised of functional support activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Active Secret Clearance
Master’s degree required. Degree may be substituted with 6 years of work experience. 
Intermediate-level of proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office.
Experience managing federal contract with disbursed staff over employees and over locations
