**What you’ll do:**

PMO Leader Roles & Responsibilities-

+ Responsible for the successful execution of product industrialization (NPI, VA/VE, & STP) projects and programs that deliver on business case cost and benefit commitments.
+ Capturing business opportunities & validating solution-based deliverables to stakeholders in programs, with perseverance and patience
+ Managing global programs with varying levels of complexity through Eaton Global EBS Process, proactively identifying and mitigating potential crises/ risks; developing requirements, managing change control, and tracking schedules and cost performance while ensuring project activities aligned with business objectives & best practices
+ Mentoring and guiding Team members, providing them career coaching and help them to success in their roles.
