Responsibilities

• Develop corporate, global, and organizational policies and direct cross‑functional activities to deliver quality programs to external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention to generate business growth.
• Support the program team by guiding clients through strategic plans, goals, timelines, and success metrics for implementing contracted products and services; act as the primary point of contact between the business and its clients.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and implementation of contracted products and services for assigned clients.
