Program Management Coordinator

Overview

Expected Starting Salary Range: 21.21 - 25.86/hr

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday daytime hours

This job will be 100% on-site for at least the first year. After the first year, there will be some hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 at home).

Subfunction Definition

Act as the central point of contact in the support, direction, and successful delivery of 2 programs and their objectives. Programs are ongoing activities working toward a mission with no specified end date or an end date that is defined as being many years into the future (as in the case of a long-term grant program).

Main Responsibilities

• Efficiently scheduling patients for appointments with five providers, including outpatient visits, procedures, and surgeries.
• Participating in meetings for two specialty programs, ensuring accurate documentation as the note keeper/recorder.
