Program Director - Radford

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Program Director to support Operations in our Ordnance Business (OSI) in Radford, VA. The Program Director will be responsible for coordinating with Operations to drive schedules, monitor cost, aid in proposal preparation and approval, interface with the customer, develop internal business plans, and present business status to leadership.

Responsibilities:

+ PMO: Align with Program Management Office (PMO) to tailor and drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes into production where they add the most value.
+ Planning: Work with stakeholders (Ops, SCM, Finance, etc.) to ensure production schedule is maximizing available resources and our business plan.
+ Manage rolling 12-18 month production schedule available for Pricing new business, internal financial forecasts, headcount forecasts, etc.
+ Work with all Functional leaders to ensure proper resource allocation / support.
