Overview

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Program Director to join our team. This role is integral to managing insurance programs, overseeing staff, and ensuring exceptional client service. The Program Director will serve as the trusted advisor and relationship lead for our pooling and captive clients, supporting them with expert guidance, responsive service, and proactive claims and governance support. This position may require periodic out-of-state travel (approximately 15%) and has the opportunity to be fully remote, with some travel throughout the year.
