Hiring: Training Coordinator – Training Needs Assessment & Strategy Development (Contractual)

Project: TN RIGHTS Project (World Bank Supported), Govt. of Tamil Nadu

Location: Chennai with extensive field travel across Tamil Nadu

Duration: Minimum 2 Years (extendable)

Remuneration: Up to ₹1,25,000/month + travel & stay as per norms

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for OSC staff, therapeutic professionals, and home care providers
• Design TNA methodology, tools, data collection, and conduct multi-district assessments
• Analyze quantitative & qualitative data and prepare TNA reports with recommendations
• Develop training strategy, competency frameworks, learning pathways, and delivery models (in-person/blended/digital)
