Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client engagements across Plutus21 Partners' portfolio of operating businesses and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and has a proven track record of leading large-scale programs involving cross-functional stakeholders, external clients, technology teams, and operational delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, including execution, quality, timelines, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and critical paths.
• Establish and manage governance structures, including operating reviews, steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation processes.
