Program Coordinator
We currently seek a Program/Project Coordinator with experience using PPM tool, Plainview.
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the corporate strategy and the full program of work and strategic roadmap. Accountable for the EPMO and Strategy reporting process, including data integrity, communications, report/ dashboard generation and assistance with distribution. Maintain and enhance existing project, program and portfolio reporting relating to the Board + EPMO Steering Committee. Provide EPMO meeting management and logistics support. Managing the schedule of meetings, attending meetings as required, producing agenda’s, taking minutes, and following up on EPMO action items. Liaise with internal stakeholders Continuously monitor all Project Delivery processes identifying areas for continuous improvement and implementing solutions when necessary ...
