Program Coordinator - STP (School Transformation Program)

The Program Coordinator School Transformation Program will support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the School Transformation Program (STP) across schools and field locations. The role involves coordinating trainings, school visits, classroom observations, coaching conversations, assessments, documentation, stakeholder communication, teacher support processes, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth and high-quality program implementation. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the STP Anchor and Senior Manager Training & CapacityBuilding to support teacher development, classroom improvement efforts, implementation tracking, school - level coordination, and creation of implementation and teacher-support collaterals.
