Remote but occasionally will be needed onsite in SF or NYC
The Strategic Operations & Program Management (SO&PM) team serves as the operational backbone of the organization, driving clarity, speed, and efficiency through strategic planning, program management for large-scale initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of high-priority programs managed by the SO&PM team. This role will keep programs moving forward by driving scheduling, cross-functional coordination, creative review workflows, and deliverable tracking, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This person will partner closely with program managers, creative strategists, social teams, communications leads, and external agency partners to maintain momentum on complex, multi-workstream programs.
