Join our Recreation Therapy/Adult Day Services team as a Program Coordinator I. Apply your skills in planning and implementing engaging recreational programs to enhance client health and well-being.
In this role, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary care team, focusing on a client and family-centered model. The Program Coordinator I is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing recreational programs that support residents in residential, acute, and adult day program settings. You will also supervise Activity Worker II team members while assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of residents’ progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recreational programs tailored to resident needs
• Lead and supervise up to four Activity Worker II staff
• Assist with therapeutic components of care plans
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recreational activities
