HBI Event Support: Coordinate event logistics for in person and zoom events and convenings. Tasks associated with event logistics include but are not limited to: creating run-of-show documents for each event; reserving space on campus; updating shared calendars; creating and administering zoom events; creating and updating event registrations; ordering catering; organizing setup and breakdown of events; arranging for appropriate tech; liaising with speakers; organizing honoraria and supporting paperwork; booking accommodation, preparing recordings and supervising transcriptions to make ADA compliant. May also supervise student event assistants. (30%)
Manage the HBI Research Awards Program: Manage and monitor applications and supporting materials on Jotform platform. Coordinate all logistics for meetings of decision committee.
