We walk alongside our participants to support, encourage and advocate.We are looking for a dynamic leader to fill the role of Day Program Coordinator in our Day Services department. The successful candidate will be a proven leader who inspires and directs staff and managers. They are insightful and driven to find new and creative ways to lead a team in providing opportunities to grow and develop the skills of our participants. This person works closely with 4 management teams to develop job skills and find meaningful opportunities within the community for our participants. Must have a willingness to lead a team through strong communication and team building approaches including coaching and mentoring.
