• Program Coordinator REPORTS TO: Elementary Director CLASSIFIED: Full Time, Exempt LOCATION: Brookings MISSION: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.

JOB SUMMARY:

• The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the Program, including grant opportunities.

In addition, the Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing the five key elements of positive youth development:

• fun, safety, recognition, opportunities & expectations, and supportive relationships in all daily interactions.


• The Program Coordinator is expected to uphold the Club values inside and outside of the Club and hold their staff accountable for maintaining the Club values.
