THE OPPORTUNITY
The Program Coordinator will support operational logistics, program administration, student engagement, compliance processes, and communication efforts to ensure the safety, well being, and success of all program participants. This position will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Babson’s expanded pre collegiate summer offerings. Supporting the Pre-Collegiate Program Lead, this role helps ensure high quality experiences for high school students participating in Babson’s residential and commuter summer programs

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Program Operations & Logistics: Support daily logistics including check‑in/check‑out, attendance, scheduling, classroom coordination, meals, transportation, and activity set‑up. Assist with residential and commuter program operations in coordination with Student Life, Residential Life, Public Safety, Health Services, Facilities, and other campus partners.
