Job Description
ISA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support their growing organization. This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus on reporting, support and analysis.
As the Program Controls Analyst - ISA, your main responsibilities will be:Assist engineering teams and PMO staff. Interpret program performance data and identify key insights. Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5). Assist with preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports. Assist Program Managers with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
