As a Program & Change Manager within Change Management & Capacity Planning, you own the project management and change management of retail initiatives — from scoping and delivery planning through build and rollout — ensuring they are tightly managed and introduced to stores in a way that will land. Our team is unique in that we are very collaborative in how we work: we have dedicated team members supporting each cross‑functional partner to achieve shared initiatives throughout the year.

This role is highly critical to keeping the portfolio of initiatives with our partners tracked and delivered. You will also bring a strategic lens to how initiatives are prioritized and sequenced across North America, helping create a complete, coordinated picture of work that protects store capacity and the guest experience.
