Program Analyst

Summary The Program Analyst supports the Wildlife Services Aviation Safety Center by coordinating and managing national aviation safety, training, reporting, and data management systems essential to APHIS aviation operations. The role conducts comprehensive analysis of aviation program data, develops specialized reports, and provides administrative, personnel and procurement support to ensure program effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and operational safety. Responsibilities The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
